The bite of this standard Eppendorfer punch is 4.0mm x 8.0mm and it produces an oval shaped tissue sample. The “Roto-Fit” Biopsy Forceps come in the same tooth configurations as the standard Biopsy Forceps. The difference is that the shaft of the instruments can be rotated 360 degrees, allowing the physician to take a bite at any angle without having to rotate his hand.
